One of our latest projects is now 100% complete. Butlers House in Chelmsford. We carried out the 3 coat haired lime render with an Ashlar finish to the entire exterior of the property. In addition to this, we also carried out the GRG fibrous moulding’s to the building. These included new corner staff beads and a moulded profile band which runs through the middle of the façade. It is an impressive family residence, which now looks even more striking thanks to the new finish. We are awaiting some historic information about the property so we will be adding this to our case studies on the website very shortly.
